I called Aaron the day after I was charged with Super Extreme DUI and he called me back within 30 min to discuss my case. I found him very knowledgeable as well as corrigible and understood my disappointment and frustration. I hired Aaron and he began getting things handled right away.
Through the process he was outstanding in keeping me notified of any change in status or what was coming next as well as being available anytime I had a question or concern.
He then suggested we move the case to Veterans court and began the process immediately. During the waiting period he was able to do extensive investigative work by interviewing the officers, dismantling the evidence and retesting the blood sample that was taken that night. He uncovered many issues but none as big as a discrepancy with my sample that led to a much better deal.
In the end he was able to get the Super Extreme DUI dropped to a Misdemeanor DUI. This was changed to 1 day in jail as opposed to 45 days, no home detention, jail cost waived, fines reduced by over $2000.00, and decreased time with a restricted licence and interlock device.
This was my first DUI and I felt lost with the process. I am grateful he was on my side and highly recommend Aaron Black as representation with any charge or offense.

It’s been just over a year since my court case, and I couldn’t be more thankful to Aaron for helping me resolve my DUI. Aaron was able to negotiate my DUI down- from a super to a regular DUI, and he helped me with all the court obligations, classes, and paperwork. Without his expertise of the law and knowledge of the system I would be lost in legal purgatory. My life is back on track now. I landed on Aaron Blacks page after making a terrible mistake one night. I interviewed several lawyers who all wanted me to come in, pay a retainer, and told me to start with them right away without really listening to what was going on. Aaron stood out above all of them. During the first phone call he listened carefully, intently, and told me the truth of my situation right from the start. Once I received paperwork from the state I called him back right away.
