These people are here to help you. I have never needed an attorney before, but these people fight tooth and nail for you. My husband had two cases one covered by Mark and the other covered by Adam. Sure they only communicate with you when it’s necessary, but that is all I wanted. They tell you what you need to know and call for questions, but other than that you probably won’t hear from them, that doesn’t mean they aren’t fighting for you. They handled the entire cases start to finish, my husband went to one court appearance. Adam was able to bring sentencing down from 180 days to only 8 hours in jail, Adam is very good with words, and he will take care of you. These men are so experienced, one was a judge and the other was a prosecutor- they know what the court wants to hear. Definitely choose these men. On top of that their payment plans are very lenient. When I was unable to pay that month they allowed me to pay the next and so on, they don’t demand the money right there and then and they are willing to work with you and charge what you can pay and when you can pay it. They genuinely don’t want your money, they want to help you. Thank you Adam!

My experience working with this firm was ok. The only difference I would make is that I felt in the dark a lot of the time. I wanted to know step by step what was happening and if possible on a weekly or even bi-weekly basis. It took about 6 months to wrap everything up which coincided with my payment plan being fully executed. During that waiting time my mind wandered and I was very afraid which I think could have been alleviated with a little bit better bedside manner. I was always reassured that I didn’t need to attend certain dates and that they would be there for me to represent me but during this time, a bench warrant was issued for me by mistake for a “no show” and this was not told to me until an actual office visit. (I could have been pulled over and arrested so this should have been told to me over the phone.) This ended up being a clerical error from the court but it was over July 4th when the courts were closed so I was absolutely terrified leaving my home. I also felt bounced around from one attorney to the next (and maybe that’s a standard practice when you hire a “firm”) but it was never explained to me that I would be working with the collective members. I would have rather worked with one specific person from the start to finish because I felt it was essential to establish a bond with my representation and have my side heard. I was on a payment plan of $850 a month which was very kind of them to allow. All in all, I have been told that my punishment was fair in comparison to what other peoples’ experience was in general.

Initially I had some concerns with choosing the Weingart firm to represent me in my DUI case due to mixed reviews on Google. One of my concerns in the beginning was a lack of communication from the firm. I came to realize that they only contact you when something is needed of you specifically, which is actually a relief. You can live your life knowing that they are taking care of everything behind the scenes and there’s very little that you need to actually do, unlike when you go through the court with a public defender. If you do have a question about your case, the paralegals are quick to answer, friendly, and helpful. In my case, I was facing a super extreme DUI and refused the field breathalyzer test before my arrest. With the work of the Weingart team, and a little bit of luck, what would have been a one year suspension of my license became no suspension (until after conviction, there’s no getting around the 90 day suspension unless you’re acquitted). Mark handled the majority of my case and I had Adam with me for my one court date. I only had to appear in court for about an hour during this entire process. The team was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to lower my charge to an extreme DUI, which originally didn’t seem possible given the circumstances of my case. Mark is great at setting realistic expectations. If those expectations are met, great no surprises. In my case mark and the team exceeded expectations. Speaking with Adam was great, he was crystal clear about what steps to take to remediate the criminal charges. Thank you Weingart team for working hard to give me a favorable outcome to my case.

I hired the Weingart Firm to help with my first DUI case, hoping for solid legal support and guidance. While I understand the case was straightforward and the outcome might have been the same with any lawyer, I expected better advice and communication from a firm of this reputation. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The advice I received from Mark Weingart turned out to be poor and has resulted in me now facing double the consequences in two different states. Throughout the process, communication was minimal to nonexistent for months at a time. When it came time for my court appearance, Mark Weingart — the person I originally spoke with and hired — didn’t even show up. Instead, an unfamiliar attorney I had never met before represented me, without any prior notice or introduction. Had I not made an effort to set an appointment myself beforehand, I would’ve been completely in the dark. After the court proceedings, I ran into additional legal complications and reached out to the firm for help — especially considering I had paid them $6,000. Despite that, I was never able to speak with an attorney again and was only redirected to the office assistant every time. This experience left me feeling unsupported, misled, and frankly taken advantage of during one of the most stressful times of my life. I strongly recommend anyone considering this firm to do their research and think twice. I mean there reviews say it all I seem to be not the only one with an awful experience. Awful people awful firm lazy and are just looking for a quick pay day.

The whole firm did an amazing job from start to end!! Their ability to show empathy and compassion was greatly appreciated. They were able to bring my charge down and walking away I felt every dollar was well spent. Thank you
