If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience with Castillo Law. Communication was inconsistent, updates were rare, and I was left feeling unsupported during a stressful time. After 60 days of no communication, I terminated the services. After speaking with the Bar Association, I learned that aspects of my case were not handled transparently or professionally. Clients deserve honest communication and reliable follow-through, and unfortunately, that was not my experience with this firm. I hope they take steps to improve the way they treat clients moving forward.
Cindy charged 3times what another lawyer charged me. After I had to terminate services, I found BRETTON BARBER, who handled my case and successfully obtained my fingerprint clearance card.

I would give them a ten star if I could, Cindy took my call way after hours in an absolute emergency situation and came through for my family big time on a fraction of the cost that I was quoted by other law firms. I will refer everyone I know moving forward to her. Thanks again Cindy
